>>PRODUCT LIST>>Aluminum
>>Basic characteristics:
Name: Aluminum nanoparticles Packaging: Antistatic plastic bags
Molecular Formula: Al Appearance: Black powder
>>Applications:
Efficient catalyst Adding Al nanoparticles to solid (rocket fuel) propellant improves combustion speed and stability and substantially increases combustion heat.
Conductive coating A coating of Al nanoparticles can be prepared in an inert environment and below the melting point of the bulk material.
Sintering additive Al is useful as a sintering additive for aluminum nitride with sintering reduced to ~300 degrees C. Mixing 5-10% aluminum with ALN particles can improve the sintering processes of ceramics, increasing density and thermal conductivity of the sintered material. Provided it is used to make a substrate for components, the thermal conductivity will increase by 10X.
